Want to recognize the Hotel Manager R. Smith for the outstanding level of professionalism, compassion, and care brought to the role. From the moment I interacted with Ms Smith it was clear that they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and supported. They were not only accommodating but truly compassionate in how they handled my situation making sure every detail was taken care of without hesitation.

I highly recommend this hotel; it is a great place to stay and serves wonderful coffee! I want to give a special shout-out to Zian at the front desk. She does an excellent job every single day, going above and beyond to ensure every guest receives their packages and amenities promptly. Her hard work really stands out—she definitely deserves a raise and the Worker of the Year award!
