Extremely helpful and responsive service. That have not failed to accommodate any needs and try their best to fulfill any request. First night I had a room in bad condition due to smoke odor which is not allowed) and within 15 minutes they were knocking at the door asking if I would like to be moved to a different room. I came with my dog and stayed for 2 months, never received a complaint and the staff says hi to him before greeting me. Great experience overall.

I was there for 10.5 weeks on a work assignment in RM.317. The staff was exceptionally splendid, polite, and professional. The hotel GM (Mya P.) is the best. The desk clerks (Alexis P., Jessica, Craig, and (my one call that's all) Preston W., where the best. If they aren't at the desk, believe me, they are somewhere in the hotel assisting someone. The hotel is in a great location; close to the airport and hwy, 10 min from Mississippi state line.
