I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The staff were extremely accompanying, helpful, and friendly. If there's something that isn't in your room that you require, they will give it to you. I couldn't have been happier with my stay. ((Kristen at the front desk, in particular, was always ready to assist in any way she could, and always had a smile on her face--in spite of having to constantly hustle to complete her tasks and take care of the guests.)

The highlight of this location is the employees. And I know that many who frequent ESA might be in shock. Three examples come to mind. The bathroom sink drain plug was stuck. Pete is the maintenance man and he visited, saw what was truly needed. He replaced the entire faucet assembly within 18 hours of the issue being reported.
