Jessica is absolutely incredible. She was far nicer, far more helpful, and far more considerate than I could even begin to expect. Her customer service was amazing, she was EXTREMELY helpful and even took the time to write down breakfast hours, wifi login, password etc. She also took the time to explain to me anything I might possibly need/want to know. She has a very sweet and bubbly personality and makes you feel like you're just talking to a friend.

The hotel is very nice and clean. It felt like home. Rooms are equipped with all kind of necessities even for the kitchen. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Greeting guest in the morning and saying good night with a smile. Especially Mayur. He would always go out of his way to make sure that guests staying in this hotel were comfortable.
