Long-term stays are not allowed here, as the maximum is just 30 days. The area is concerning, with issues like prostitution and drug activity prevalent. The presence of armed security is a clear indication of the situation. If you have valuable items or tools, be sure to keep them inside, as this neighborhood can be unsafe. Until these problems are addressed, local businesses will continue to struggle. On a positive note, the staff is friendly.
