Here's the thing the people that work especially James and all other workers go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. They can't fix what they don't know is wrong. I have found anytime we have any issues they go out of their way to fix. Keep in mind this isn't a $300 a Marriott however value and service I would rather spend my money here.

The rooms were average; my rating is for the staff mainly. One star docked for rooms and location, not a good part of Everett but definitely in close to proximity to restaurants and the freeway. Easy access to Seattle. James is great and handled any concerns I had with sincerity and poise. Tough job. I think he deserves a raise.
