Motel 6 Hollywood, CA - Los Angeles

Nice, clean, affordable hotel and love the fact it's right on the water where you can go running, walk your dog, etc. Also, there is a bus stop next to the motel if you don't want to spend money on Uber or a car rental. Only negative was during the check-in process, the front lobby was closed. It is too cold to be standing outside at a check-in window so please open the front lobby - not a good first time impression. Other than that, good motel for a good price.

The parking lot was full, so we had to find a spot on the street (I didn’t even think that was a possibility when booking and may not have booked here if I had known that). There were also unhoused people in the lobby and milling around on the steps. It was clean and front desk was nice. Either let us prepay for parking (we showed up late at night and had no parking) or make it very clear that you have insufficient parking when we register.
