The hotel was very clean, and the staff members were excellent. However, I did notice that the area with the washer and dryer was wet from a leaking ice machine, and there was a minor disturbance one night caused by other guests.

The staff, especially Kay, were incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable, while the rooms were kept clean. Although my towels weren't changed on Sunday and Monday, Kay promptly provided me with fresh ones when I asked.
