Group of people being noisy near the hotel that were yelling and rough housing. Desk would not make them move on. Myself and a couple other customers called the non emergency police line. They left before police got there but Chad back. Let me have my pet. Front desk more active in controlling noise around the hotel. Thicker walls.

Customer service was great, room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the door is difficult to get in and out with the latch.
