Liked that they allowed us to arrive late at night and still check in before our 3pm time. With a low extra cost. Staff was nice. What could be improved, was the cleaning maid needs to knock and not just walk in a room that had 20 hours still left on the room time. Check out was not until the next morning at 11am, so there was no reason for her to come in the room.

Accessible rooms - the handheld shower head/sprayer be in its lowest position. Guests in wheel chairs and those with mobility issues may not /or have a hard time reaching up to get the sprayer. Tho, I did not stay in this room this time. It’s a welcome and valid service for your guests.
