I am incredibly grateful to Kim for going out of her way to assist me and my children, even when she wasn't obligated to. She generously bought food for my kids when we had nothing to eat. Ms. Romie was also a tremendous support; upon hearing my situation, she immediately understood and jumped in to help us.

The hotel is clean and feels secure, with no pests or unpleasant odors, and the front desk staff and management are quite helpful. However, Kim, who cleans the rooms, truly stands out; she consistently has a smile on her face and does an excellent job, going above and beyond in her work.
