Table in room rocked (not helpful when having soup). For a non smoking hotel/room, there was a whole lot of cigarette smoke about. As a suggestion, leave menus in rooms rather than at reception. A notebook showing how far chain restaurants (Olive Garden, Five Guys, etc) are away is helpful.

TV signal could be better...higher number channels would freeze, then catch up a few seconds later. A/C in the hallway was not working, so hallway was warm. And, as always, the towels and soap are sub-standard. Staff at front desk could be nicer, too.
