The television had black streaks across the display. The handle in the shower came loose in my hand

We made a last minute reservation after our booking at a different hotel down the street had a severe roach infestation. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful which was very appreciated given the stressful situation we were in. We will definitely recommend this place for inexpensive Palm Springs stay. The rooms are on the smaller side, but for the price it can’t be beat!
