I liked that ("Nita") at the front desk was able to move me to a non-smoking, lower floor, handicapped room. In fact, when she saw that I had made a reservation, she recognized (even before I arrived) that I need lower floor and handicapped room. That is the type of service that always brings me back to Motel6 in Tucumcari (and the price is better than most motels).

The facility is clearly nowhere new, and the rooms are spartan and show signs of wear over many years. But, the room was clean, everything worked, had a good night sleep, and the front desk manager was extremely helpful and friendly.
