This property is within easy walking distance of the beach promenade, downtown Ventura and has easy highway access. The mattresses, bathroom and refrigefrator doors all squeaked.

Maybe a bigger parking lot, a TV channel guide, more water pressure in the shower. Easy to find and close to the fairgrounds
