Very bad experience. This hotel is in a very ghetto area and the staff was rude and unhelpful. They only accept cash, which was not clearly communicated, and this raised serious concerns. There is NO staff working at night at all. The room key system is extremely sensitive — my key was canceled with just a small touch, and I was locked out of my room with my belongings inside. There was no one available to help. Cash-only policy, no night staff, unreliable door keys, and poor customer service. I would not recommend staying here.
