First off, Nicole at the front desk was amazing. Super helpful. Very kind. Made my visit and check in pretty flawless. However I did call the day before to inquire about an early check in and the gentleman who answered the phone. Was quite rude. So whoever you are. Be more like Nicole. And stop being so miserable. As for the rooms. Basic. Nothing fancy. But I also knew what I was getting and paying for. The room did feel clean and was spacious. Location was so so. Again, I also knew this when I booked. But I’d stay stay here again.

I had a great stay at Mona Lake! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service was excellent from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Nicole, who was absolutely amazing during check-in. She was super friendly, welcoming, and had such a bubbly personality that made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and started our stay off on a positive note. I would definitely recommend Mona Lake to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with outstanding customer service!
