Heating is available through an air-to-air fan, a fireplace, and optional electrical appliances by agreement. Located near the coastal path from Gudhjem harbor to Melsted Campsite, the house offers stunning sea views. There are several bathing spots in the area, such as Møllers badekar, Melstedstrand, and various harbors. The surrounding area features beautiful nature, cafes, and markets, making it easy to explore the local attractions.
